Digital Business Development and Marketing Manager
Description:
This position will be responsible for digital sales business development and creation of effective growth strategies.
The person will work with digital route-to-market & global team members to manage creation of business cases and development timelines; and assisting in achieving revenue targets for these programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Becoming a subject matter expert on the current environment, process flow & design and optimizing it for revenue growth, process improvements and customer experience.
* Creating marketing and sales strategies to grow conversion at digital touch points in customer support
* Working with PC and Print organizations to help define the revenue generating opportunities and deployment strategy and timing.
* Supporting the regional operations business plans to meet targets/budgets, cost plans and customer experience objectives.
* Identifying inhibitors and solutions to improve performance through regional contact centers and partners.
* Managing relationships across the ecosystem and providing updates to key stakeholders and executive management.
* Development of business cases and executing on business funding exercises.
* Driving deployment of strategic programs and executive-level communications.
* Managing to key performance indicators.
Requirements:
* Ability to drive business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.
* Works across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced services, solutions, or programs and associated processes.
* Responsible for revenue and margin contribution for a set of (more than one) solutions or services.
* Utilizes in-depth understanding of customer business and complex requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.
* Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross-functional activities that drive continuous growth of the services business.
* Establish strategies and business plans to support business goals and initiatives by driving profitable growth.
* May be responsible for leading, managing, sponsoring or participating on projects.
* Establishes and manages relationships with subject matter experts and appropriate management to develop strong cooperation between teams.
Education and Experience:
* Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
* Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units and with global projects, or a related field.
