About this Position
The Supply Chain Performance Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence by balancing two key pillars: enhancing efficiency through data-driven decision-making and optimizing the customer experience. This position ensures full alignment with the Strategic Business Unit to deliver impactful and sustainable improvements across the supply chain.
What you’ll do
* Facilitate Delivery of Results: Drive the successful implementation of performance initiatives that address both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Data-Driven Insights: Identify patterns, trends, and variances in performance data to provide recommendations to the business to improve and facilitate the delivery of performance targets.
* Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with leaders and their teams to identify key improvement areas and promote a culture of continuous improvement to ensure their effective implementation.
* Community Coordination: Coordinate the regional Supply Chain (SC) performance management community, fostering alignment with SBU strategies and objectives.
* Performance Analysis: Develop and manage KPIs to track progress of the regional and global teams in Supply Chain to optimize operational effectiveness and the customer experience.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, stakeholders, and leadership to foster collaboration across functional teams and ensure seamless integration of performance strategies into broader organizational goals.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate progress and ensure alignment with SBU strategic priorities.
* Innovation: Advocate for system enhancements and process innovations that support organizational goals and supply chain improvements.
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, performance analysis, or a similar role.
* Proven track record in KPI performance management and process improvement, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
* Proficient in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
* Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
