The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to help shape and deliver one of our new products together with our data and insights platform and healthcare ecosystem.
Main tasks
* Lead Sprint plannings with the development team.
* Lead refinements with the development team to prepare sprint plannings.
* Support Business Product Manager to process customer requests and prioritize the discovery backlog.
* Socialize top priority features and enablers with the development team to elicit early feedback.
* Continuously ensure that the prepared backlog maximizes value while minimizing cost.
* Learn and fully understand all functionalities of the product.
Responsibilities
* Contribute as part of the Product Management Team to the preparation of the features/enablers backlog.
* Lead definition phase to build the delivery backlog.
* Manage the requirements baseline for the product.
Skills
* Experience working in agile methodologies; SAFe is a plus.
* Ability to map customer needs to solution thinking mode.
* Analytical skills, negotiation, experience in writing stories and/or technical requirements.
* Comfortable in presenting and running demos of working software.
* Background in software development is a plus.
* Background in laboratory workflows, healthcare or biomedical engineering is a plus.
* Fluent in English is mandatory; Spanish is highly recommended.
Tools
* Experience working with Atlassian suite tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
* Experience working with Design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
* Experience working with Collaborative tools (MIRO).
