We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect who will offer services to one of our clients, a multinational pharmaceutical company.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Governance & Innovation:
Contribute to governance processes by providing strategic direction on the integration of innovative technologies within the ServiceNow environment.
Development of project portfolios and solution roadmaps ensuring alignment with business requirements, technology trends, and industry standards.
Act as a scout for innovation and run Proof of Concepts (PoCs) including preparing detailed cost-benefit analyses.
2. Architectural Oversight:
Ensure the company’s architectural governance remains current by rigorously reviewing and approving all demands and change requests.
Maintain the integrity of architecture-related data in the application-planning repository, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
Host Design Authority meetings to review technical solutions and approve them.
Develop comprehensive architecture documentation, including Visio diagrams and high-level design specifications, to communicate technical solutions effectively.
3. Optimization & Performance:
Optimize existing technology stacks to enhance stability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness in line with digital transformation goals.
Monitor instance performance, security, and user interface, proposing and implementing improvements to elevate the end-user experience.
4. Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and leadership during the implementation of new requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
Identify and standardize reusable solution components to streamline development and deployment efforts.
5. Continuous Improvement & Integration:
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow products and integrated technologies to continuously enhance platform capabilities.
Facilitate informed cross-functional decisions by deeply understanding and evaluating the impact of system or process changes on related areas, while promoting a unified approach and common purpose among stakeholders.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Professional experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow administration, development, and solution design/implementation.
o At least 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow Solution Architecture.
o At least 2-3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
3. Technical Expertise:
o Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, IT Service Management, and HR Service Delivery, supported by relevant certifications.
o Knowledge regarding architecture, integrations, automation, and security.
o Experience with database design schemas and data modeling.
o Extensive experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
4. Soft Skills:
o Experience coordinating and working in cross-functional teams.
o Experience working in virtual, international, and multicultural environments.
5. Additional Qualifications:
o ITIL Foundations certification or equivalent knowledge.
o Willingness to travel as needed.
o Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
OTHER VALUABLE SKILLS (PLUS):
* Experience with ITSM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery and skills within SecOps would be a plus.
SCHEDULE:
* 08/09h-17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
* 4 days remote | 1 day on-site
