Team
The B2B Project Management team works hand in hand with the Key Account Managers team, the purpose of which is to develop relationships and business generation with our B2B partners (mainly real estate agencies and banking agencies) within 3 main markets: France, Spain, and Italy (and soon many others).
The B2B Project Management has 2 main missions:
1. Improve business generation at Account Management level through key strategic recommendations based on data-driven analyses and implementation of efficient tools.
2. Unlock potential growth opportunities across papernest’s wide market through medium to long-term strategic projects (from ideation to delivery and impact measurement).
This is a huge opportunity to get a business, strategic and operational vision of a fast-growing start-up with high exposure to a wide range of teams (data, product, sales, marketing, amongst others) and top management.
Your Missions
1. Make business-oriented recommendations based on data-driven analyses (churn, partners’ activity, lead generation, etc.) to increase business generation at papernest’s core level.
2. Design and implement relevant tools to measure and follow performance (KPIs, productivity).
3. Manage and implement business and operational projects to unlock papernest’s growth in other markets.
Your Profile
1. First experience in an analytical role.
2. Strong analytical skills: proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets at least, SQL much appreciated.
3. Ability to pay attention to details & ensure data accuracy.
4. Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
5. A strong “get things done” mindset and ability to deliver.
6. Autonomous and proactive.
7. Very organized mindset.
8. Previous experience in project management.
9. Able to understand complex business issues.
10. Able to handle the full scope of a project, from initial analysis to implementation and follow-up of impact.
11. Effective communicator able to state clear recommendations.
12. Fluent in French and English.

Your Manager
Your manager will be Karl, Business Analyst & Project Manager within the Key Account Managers team. After several experiences in various fields (finance, automotive, start-up) in Paris and Singapore, he decided to join the papernest adventure in March 2021 to accompany its growth. Always ready to roll up his sleeves to get things done, he is also a big fan of word games, always ready to bounce on a word to make a joke or listen to the new French rap song. Passionate about sports, he’ll take you to the beach after a hard day of work to relax with a workout.
