The division has 5 production plants and its headquarters in Girona. Purpose: Develop and roll out the company People strategy. Play an active role in setting up and further developing the company organization and connect the People strategy to the business strategy. Optimize HR service to all teams in the company territories and create a positive, transparent business environment, increase employee engagement and optimize internal communication. Strategy and Policy Initiate and develop HR strategies such as performance evaluation, staffing, training and development, employer branding, recruitment, absenteeism, development and rewarding policy, following local, divisional and group policies. Discuss organizational structure and give advice to help achieve the companys strategy and objectives. Make agreements with external parties at international level (recruitment, pension insurers, etc.). Create long term vision on workforce planning, leadership, talent and development. Develop together with Management Team the strategy for the future, on all aspects. Manage and Advise Create and monitor HR budget based on strategy. Ensure effective and efficient HR processes. Coordinate, support and advise management in organizational change projects. Conduct department meetings and performance reviews with employees. Manage, motivate, supervise, coach and develop the HR personnel (2 people). Analyze and Communicate Analyze key figures concerning staff and advising whether what and when actions have to be taken to ensure objectives can be reached (succession planning, development, benchmarks, etc.). Person of contact for external organizations related to HR (e.g., trade unions). Raise attention at management for any attempted, suspected or actual violations of company policy or legal obligations. Requirements: Education Masters level (e.g., EIA, HRM, Business Administration with HR). 7 10 years'' work experience in an equivalent (strategic) position, preferably in international environment. Experience in an industrial company is essential, chemical sector is a plus. Proven leadership skills. Excellent language skills in Spanish, Catalan and English (oral and written), French is a plus. High knowledge of Excel, experience with A3nom is a plus. Resident in Girona province. Offered: Stable position in a leading company in its sector globally. Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the possibility of extending at specific times.
