The objective of this position is to maximize the profitability of our assigned dealers across EMEA, to make the business relationship with them easier, and to develop a professional bond that will allow us to create a long-term partnership.
You will play a key role in the relationship with a dealers portfolio, implementing and improving the ADVENTURE SPORTS GROUP EUROPE service model. You will have the information tools, media, support, and direction necessary to meet the dealers' expectations.
Your responsibilities include verifying and confirming the order book of your assigned dealers regarding product availability and discounts, ensuring efficient on-time delivery of our products, and reporting on the appropriate performance indicators.
To be successful in this role, it is essential to have a clear vocation for customer service, proactivity in addressing all aspects that affect a dealer beyond an order, and the enthusiasm for learning and empathy to create and cultivate social relationships.
You will also have the support of the company, which will provide necessary resources for training and coaching, as well as your managers and the rest of the team in developing action plans and holding regular meetings.
This position reports to the Customer Success Manager and allows you the flexibility to work from your home office or from our Barcelona office.
As the B2B Customer Success Representative with German & English, you will have an opportunity to:
1. Manage the Orderbook for the assigned dealers Portfolio.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
3. Manage operational relationships with dealers and Sales Teams.
4. Conduct data analysis and statistics.
5. Perform the order entry process into the SAP system (ERP).
6. Track and follow up on orders, liaising with the warehouse.
7. Address any operational issues (refusals, returns, warranties, etc.).
8. Provide accurate and concise information.
9. Prepare and maintain the customer order database.
10. Quickly and effectively deal with dealers and sales queries.
11. Manage the proformas process.
You have:
* Fluent English and German is a must.
* Customer Service experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry or Retail/Fashion/Sports.
* Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Excel.
* Digital and data orientation: Data consolidation, analysis, and processing.
* Understanding of sales techniques and logistics management.
* Proactivity in suggestions, rigor, and adaptability.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams.
