Purpose:
In close collaboration with Divisional Planning (HQ) & Supply Teams, the Divisional Senior Planner is responsible for leading multiple transversal activities across the life cycle management: Innovation Management, Launch Monitoring, Catalogue Management & Discontinuation/PIPO Management. Additionally, she/he will manage transversal Demand Planning activities supporting the overall S&OP process.

Portfolio productivity (SKU count / SKU productivity)
Innovation Service (Fill Rate)
Innovation Forecast Accuracy (SPP3 during Year 1)
MAPE90 / SPP3 / SPP1
Key Responsibilities:
1. Innovation Management:
Reflect aligned sizing via operational forecast in O9, including extra supply protection.
Provide forecast reporting to the multi-functional team with gap analysis vs sizing (global / market level).
Ensure overall Market Forecast completeness & reasonability.
2. Launch Monitoring:
Perform monthly valuation of forecast (+ weekly for Top Inno) & compare vs. previous cycle; communicate to Business Planning Facing.
Prepare global launch monitoring slides for global S&OP.
Recommend adjustments to the supply strategy/SS based on performance of innovations.
Check forecast reasonability by BU based on first sell-out / sell-in trends in O9.
Manage extra supply operational forecast vs. chosen scenario.
Prepare the arbitrage proposal in case of shortages and communicate to BU’s.
Ensure the execution of approved arbitrage decisions.
3. Catalogue Management:
Run yearly portfolio analysis with disco/MVA recommendation based on SKU profitability.
Propose Disco/PIPO strategy to minimize E&O creation and follow up execution.
Escalate risk to business facing for decision making vs E&O or service risk.
Update Strategy file according to disco decision for the planning hub to feed Ipems.
Communicate on disco plans changes/updates with markets.
4. S&OP:
Run regional/global S&OP consolidation.
Support the preparation of the decks and meetings.
Participate and prepare Supply & Procurement meetings: Material Intervention Call, Monthly & Bi-weekly Hub review, Supply & Demand reviews (Minis, PS, Collections...).
