Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
* Prepare management reports for senior management and the investment fund.
* Analyze the profitability of different facilities and propose resource optimization strategies.
* Prepare and monitor the budget and analyze variances.
* Implement and improve internal control processes.
* Act as the primary contact for banks and work with them to secure financing.
