Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to ensure customer satisfaction by leading quality initiatives, resolving customer complaints, and driving continuous improvement. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer quality requirements and managing containment and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve customer quality goals, ensuring product and service satisfaction.
2. Lead containment and corrective actions for customer complaints, ensuring effective solutions.
3. Collaborate with teams to develop and execute strategies to meet quality standards.
4. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
5. Support customer visits and lead taskforces for critical issues.
Qualifications:
1. University degree (preferred in industrial engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields).
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
3. Proficiency in quality tools and problem-solving methods (8D, SPC, MSA, FMEA, etc.).
4. Fluency in Spanish and English; other languages a plus.
5. Strong communication, proactive, and self-motivated.
