Multinational company in the industry sector is looking for an HRBP for its manufacturing business.
The Manufacturing HR Department has a vacancy in SANT CUGAT DEL VALLÉS, for the following position:
HR Business Partner
Ensure the correct implementation of the human resources policies established by the Group, as well as procedures and tools, adapting them when necessary to the reality of the company.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
* Be a spirit and example of values and ethics in our daily actions.
* Encourage the feeling of belonging to the company and the Group by proposing to Management and implementing actions to motivate, participate and transmit the culture.
* Leading and supporting managers in talent management processes, career plans, onboarding and separation, development of training plans, succession plans, increase processes, etc.
* Collaborate in the design and implementation of corporate projects for the development and improvement of processes.
* Ensure labour legal compliance by providing support and guidance on the matter, as well as ensuring proper compliance with compliance regulations in all the processes implemented.
* Provide managers and employees with tools and procedures for the personal and professional development of teams, talent retention, orientation, conflict resolution, etc.
* Collaborate and coordinate with the communication department the internal communication actions and employer branding.
* Participate in the definition and planning proposal of human resources in the different areas to achieve their optimal adaptation to the needs of the company.
* Prepare the annual personnel budget and carry out its correct monitoring.
* Ensure the correct reporting to the company of the KPI’s established for the area.
* Ensure the correct preventive measures in the workplace in coordination with the External Prevention Service.
* Find the best external collaborators to support the area in selection, training actions, etc.
* Maintain a correct relationship with the legal representation of the workers, being their interlocutor and negotiating to achieve joint benefits.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Hold an academic bachelor's degree (Psychology, Law, Business Administration and Management, Sales, Marketing, etc.). An MBA is highly valued
* Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others
* Possess more than 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP role, preferably in the industrial sector, providing support to the operations area (supply chain and logistics).
* Be fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English, written and spoken.
