Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to oversee our cell therapy product line, including cell culture products and cell sourcing.
The ideal candidate will manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to market launch and beyond.
This role requires a deep understanding of the biotech industry, particularly in cell therapy, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product strategies for the cell therapy product line that align with company goals and market needs.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the cell therapy sector.
Define product requirements and specifications based on market analysis and customer feedback.
Collaborate with R&D, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of new products and updates.
Develop pricing strategies and positioning for new and existing cell therapy products.
Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Lead the development of marketing materials, including product brochures, presentations, and digital content specific to cell therapy.
Train and support the sales team with product knowledge and marketing strategies for cell therapy products.
Organize industry events, conferences, and webinars focused on cell therapy.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical guidelines related to human biological materials and cell therapy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the biotech or life sciences industry with a focus on cell therapy.
Strong understanding of the biotech market, particularly in cell culture (human sera and supplements) and cell sourcing (Leukopaks).
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management software.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
