This role requires full-time presence at the workplace and is100% onsite .Principal AccountabilitiesProvideend-user support services, including but not limited to Office applications, desktops, laptops, printers and mobile phones.Provide support, conduct maintenance,resolve incidents and implement change for local IT infrastructure services and assets, requiring hands-on interaction. Including, but not limited to datacenter racks, cabling, network and server equipment.Providesupport, conductmaintenance, resolveincidentand implementchangefor local IT/OT infrastructure services and assets, requiring hands-on interaction.
