The Team
You will be part of a team of product owners, business analysts, project managers, and UI/UX designers working closely with development, QA, support, service delivery, and other teams to deliver a stellar customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
Responsibilities
As a Product Owner for the Service Cloud - Technical Support at Keysight Technologies, your responsibilities include:
* Defining the long-term strategic direction for the Keysight Support Portal to provide a modern, intuitive customer experience.
* Cultivating and managing the product backlog to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
* Providing acceptance criteria for feature completion and quality.
* Engaging with stakeholders to align product strategy and drive execution.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
* At least 3 years' experience with Service Cloud, IVR/IVA phone and chat systems, and eLearning LMS technical content delivery systems.
* Previous experience with AI-based solutions like Coveo is highly desirable.
* Product Management Expertise: Developing a deep understanding of customer needs and translating them into actionable product strategy and features.
* Strategic Vision: Defining the long-term vision for the product by considering future trends and technological advancements.
