Responsibilities
* Develop relationships within existing large strategic accounts, divisions, and locations.
* Enhance the penetration of the existing client base through continuous collaboration on product development with clients.
* Lead and manage projects to enable growth.
* Deliver on the value proposition of our solutions at every level.
* Gain access to and influence the appropriate decision-makers to pursue business opportunities to a successful conclusion.
* Take ownership of the relationship between customers and all departments within the production site.
* Gain in-depth understanding of the current and future needs of target accounts and develop and implement medium and long-term account plans to realize potential.
* Leverage strategic industry knowledge across the organization.
* Attain monthly / quarterly / annual sales goals and achieve commercial sales targets.
* Maintain comprehensive contact, lead, and opportunity details in Salesforce.
* Provide information and support regarding:
Strategic business plans
* Data analysis to support tenders / RFQs.
* Preparation of Top to Top meetings.
* Market and competition research.
* Marketing department and promotional activities.
* After sales; cooperate with customer service to ensure correct handling of purchase orders and customer agreements.
* Be a constructive and proactive team member for the complete sales process; acquisition, sales, supply chain, and after sales.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, or similar - a plus.
* Relevant post-qualifying certifications.
* Driving License.
* Over 5 years in a similar role is required.
* Relevant experience in the Hygiene-related business including films, paper, absorbents, etc., addressing complex buying centers at BtoBtoC oriented multinationals is preferred.
* Demonstrated overall business and financial acumen as well as sound project management experience.
* Knowledge of CRM.
* Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
* An assertive and competitive individual who enjoys the challenges of a technical sales role.
* Strong achievement orientation; accustomed to weekly reporting of results.
* Willingness to work with an international team.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
* Fluent English is required (both verbal and written).
