Requirements:
What you will do:
-You will provide first-line technical support
-You will diagnose and resolve incidents by troubleshooting and guiding users step-by-step through solutions
-You will manage and track support tickets in the system to ensure issues are resolved and followed up in a timely manner
-You will deliver excellent customer service by effectively communicating with users and providing technical solutions

-You will work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
-You will have the flexibility to work remotely 80% of the time, which means only 4 days per month in the office
-You will receive a salary of €20,535 gross per year, with an additional €1,100 in annual meal vouchers
