About the Position
Under the direction of the Service Specialist Manager, develops tasks related to technical repair and verification of Werfen instrument systems.
Key Accountabilities
* Perform technical repairs on all assigned systems. This includes updates, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and product enhancements.
* Perform technical refurbishment of equipment modules.
* Programme, execute, and report on service calls.
* Assertive and clear communication with colleagues.
* Promote and facilitate compliance with the core values of Werfen:

* Leadership & Management: Innovation and teamwork.
* Delivering Results: Quality & Excellence and Customer Focus.
* Other duties as assigned by the Service Specialist Manager and the Service Director.
