The Role
The Medical Sales Representative's mission will be to develop sales within their territory, achieve the business growth targets set by the company for the medical channel, and contribute to building and maintaining a strong awareness of the Sinclair brand within the territory.

Minimum Requirements :
* Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device sector, preferably with aesthetic products.
* Experience with dermatologist, plastic surgeon and aesthetic physician clients is an advantage.
* Preferably a bachelor's degree or similar in science or business based subjects or, alternatively, strong sales experience in the medical sector.
* Native Spanish and English at least medium-high level to attend training, events, etc.
* Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas and availability to travel within the assigned area.
* Experience and knowledge of the Aesthetic Medicine sector in Spain is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :
* Daily visits to doctors, assistants, and clinic managers to sell Sinclair's injectables products within the assigned territory.
* To achieve the positioning and prestige of the Sinclair brand in the assigned territory.
* Attract and consolidate new customers.
* Make appointments with potential customers, identifying their needs and operating through consultative selling.
* Develop strategies to increase the opportunities to meet new contacts in the medical-aesthetic sector.
* Achieve the commercial objectives set by the company.
* Producing daily and weekly reports.
* Organising events, conferences and training for doctors and other healthcare personnel.
* Presence at congresses, trade fairs and other national and international events to represent the Sinclair brand.
* Delivering presentations to customers, keeping up to date with the latest clinical data provided by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with healthcare professionals during presentations.
* Maintain positive cross-collaboration with other departments (clinical, marketing, customer care, technical services, etc.).
