Are you passionate about HR technology and eager to shape the future of digital transformation? We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central) to drive innovation, streamline HR processes, and ensure seamless system performance.
As a key member of our Digital Transformation Team, you’ll lead critical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and be the go-to expert for all things SuccessFactors. If you love solving challenges, optimizing HR tech, and making a real impact, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
1. Own & Optimize SuccessFactors Employee Central – Manage system configurations, updates, and best practices.
2. Be the Problem-Solver – Review, prioritize, and resolve incidents, ensuring fast and effective solutions.
3. Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with internal teams, external service providers, and SAP to enhance system performance.
4. Lead Digital HR Projects – Drive initiatives that improve processes and user experience.
5. Train & Empower Users – Provide support and training to maximize adoption and efficiency.
6. Keep Systems Future-Ready – Stay ahead of the curve with the latest SAP updates and certifications.
7. Ensure Compliance & Best Practices – Maintain documentation, system records, and change logs.
What You Bring to the Team:
1. Experience: 3+ years working with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Compensation, Payroll).
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, administration, and integrations.
4. Project Delivery: Experience working with nearshore/offshore teams and managing vendors.
5. Problem-Solving Mindset: You’re proactive, resilient, and love finding smart solutions.
6. Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
7. Languages: Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
