Scope of Work:
At our client, digital solutions for their customers are developed and operated in an agile approach. Here, the ValueStream B2B provides solutions for corporate customer solutions:
Whithin this ValueStream the HCL approach (Holistic Corporate Loyalty) is designated to take current B2B program to a new level by the end of 2025, and to successive replace the old legacy solutions in B2B .
Task Overview :
The tasks intended to coordinate and implement the specific change management activities at the PM level for the B2B HCL program. It requires B2B business, change, and IT skills as well:
* Prepare the business areas (business owner and B2B sales organization) for the new HCL solution and empower all involved business areas,
* prepare the operation of the HCL-products in the DH,
* Coordinate the transition from the current PPB solution, and
* ensure the decommissioning of the old legacy platform.
* There will be close collaboration with the PM, the VS-Leads, the Solution-Teams and their PO's and the CoP AO / Chapter B2B, who are equally responsible for the implementation of these tasks.
* This includes tasks:
* Coordinating IT operational preparation and service transition tasks,
* Coordinating migration activities (planning, testing, determining GoLive readiness),
* Ensure the availability and structure of all necessary documentation.
* After implementation, accompany a stabilization phase and then
* initiate and monitor the decommissioning of the old legacy solution.
* It supports tasks:
* coordinating customer communication and implementation,
* B2B service center ramp-up / training;
* The HCL topic will be implemented in the VS B2B CoE following the agile approach and the solution created there will be embedded in the modern DevOps architecture of DH.
