We are looking for a Project QAQC Coordinator in Tarragona to strengthen the team of a prestigious client.
* Perform QAQC activities on the assigned Project and/or Construction Contract;
* Verify conformity against the contractual requirements during the execution of the Construction, erection, and installation activities in terms of execution plan and/or delivery date and/or manufacturing quality;
* Manage and update the QAQC MS deliverables in the applicable IT Tools (e.g. EasyPlant, GAIA);
* Analyze information provided by Construction Contractors and monitor the KPIs evolution;
* Prepare the Quality Setting Documentation (Site Quality Control Plan, Site Quality Plan, CSF + QCPs, and other supporting documentation);
* Identify and report any QAQC deviations or issues impacting deliveries or quality;
* Coordinate the definition of recovery actions and follow-up their implementation until resolution;
* Contribute to the Technical evaluation of offers (related to Construction SOW);
* Contribute to the preparation of Construction Contractors and Inspection Agencies performance evaluations;
* Knowledge of international codes, standards, and rules, with special mention of knowledge and experience in the application of European directives: CE marking, Pressure Equipment, machines, Atex, Low Voltage, etc.;
* Attend all project weekly meetings;
* Attend client meetings and clarifications (if needed);
* Coordinate activities with VPM team, onsite team, engineering, etc.;
* Review and comment on all subcontract bidding offers;
* Attend clarification meetings with bidders (if applicable);
* Attend KOM;
* Able to report compliance with standards;
* Able to provide clear, precise, and accurate reports indicating compliance with requirements of the applicable construction code and/or project specifications;
