IRP systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market and we are seeking for an experienced Sales Account Manager in Spain.
You’ll be responsible for the following:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in electric market segment.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.
* Collaborate with finance, operations, and technical teams to understand product specifications and effectively communicate them to potential clients.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and proactive sales initiatives.
* Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Academic business degree or a related field in Electronics - must have.
* Engineering background - must have.
* 7+ years of experience in sales/account management.
* Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the automotive or electrification industry.
* Proven track record in successful B2B sales of complex multidisciplinary systems.
* Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
* Familiarity with motors, Motor controllers in 2W / 3W / 4W industry.
* Understanding of 2W, 3W and 4W (e-LCV) markets in India, with a focus on motor controllers.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Proactive, results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
* Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work independently with a strong sales drive.
* Fast learner, good interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Fluency in English and local languages as applicable.
