Aufgaben
During your day-to-day:
-Receipt of documentation to manage claims as well as scanning and validating the documentation in the system.
-Sending mailings to customers on claims handling (document requests, reminders, closures...).
-Support to customer service: information on the status of the claim, insurance policy and other services in progress.
-Updating information in the company's system.
-Other administrative and management tasks.
Qualifikation
You will be in charge of receiving customer calls related to any type of claim, requesting the necessary documentation for its management and providing it to the corresponding departments. You will perform administrative and management tasks, with a commercial focus and direct contact with customers in the German market.
