Responsibilities:
* Develop Digital Marketing Strategies, outlining how to reach prospective customers in a profitable way, and implementing them across all digital platforms (Meta, Mailing, Website, Social, Influencers).
* Identify and analyze market trends to optimize user and customer experience.
* Stay up to date on the latest fashion and social media trends, and implement them in marketing campaigns.
* Plan, execute and manage all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
* Develop new projects and new products.
* Increase brand awareness and market share.
* Coordinate the Marketing team.
* Negotiate media and influencers contracts.
* Manage the marketing budget.
* Analyze and improve website performance; content definition, home page, product page, checkouts, etc.
* Ensure a consistent brand image and messages across all platforms.
* Create and maintain an editorial calendar for social media.
* Lead the Marketing Assistant and Designer.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Business.
* Background in Marketing in startup/tech.
* 3+ years of experience in business strategy, Marketing, or sales in a high-growth online environment.
* Strong skills in market analysis, experienced with analytical tools (Data Studio, Analytics, Excel, etc.).
* Strong in guiding design and implementation.
* Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop.
* Manage and request ads, videos, creatives.
* Knowledgeable about e-commerce trends and challenges.
* Excellent in conveying complex strategies to various stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability in leading teams and collaborative projects.
