ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Growth & Retention Marketing Specialist, you are an integral member of our Inside Sales organization, building relationships with customers and growing the Stark Future community and brand. Your primary responsibility is to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty through targeted marketing strategies and automation. You will focus on optimizing the customer journey, converting leads into loyal customers through data-driven campaigns, personalized communication, and retention initiatives. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that nurture leads, improve customer lifetime value, and support sales through both direct and dealer-based channels. Your role will center on enhancing customer engagement, optimizing conversion funnels, and driving long-term brand loyalty.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Growth & Acquisition Marketing
* Develop and execute data-driven strategies to acquire new customers through digital and traditional marketing channels.
* Optimize lead generation funnels, from initial engagement to conversion, leveraging A/B testing and performance analytics.
* Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive revenue growth.
* Identify and implement marketing automation solutions to streamline lead nurturing and sales enablement.
Retention Management
* Design and execute retention campaigns to improve customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn.
* Develop personalized email, SMS, and in-app messaging strategies to engage existing customers.
* Leverage loyalty programs, referral incentives, and exclusive offers to enhance customer retention.
* Monitor and analyze customer behavior, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
CRM Integration & Optimization
* Oversee CRM profiling, ensuring seamless data synchronization between marketing, sales, and customer support systems.
* Optimize CRM workflows across the departments.
* Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
* Train internal teams on CRM best practices and usage for marketing and sales alignment.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
* Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rate, and revenue growth.
* Use data insights to refine campaign strategies and improve marketing ROI.
* Conduct cohort analysis and customer segmentation to personalize marketing efforts effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience.
* Develop marketing strategies that align with company objectives, brand positioning, and sales targets.
* Identify emerging trends and technologies to enhance growth and retention efforts.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
* You ride and understand motorcycles, making it easier to connect with customers.
* 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, retention marketing, CRM management, or a related role.
* Proven track record in customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
* Experience in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies.
* Strong background in data-driven marketing, including A/B testing, performance tracking, and analytics.
* Experience working with AI-driven marketing tools for automation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
* Deep knowledge of CRM integration, data management, and customer segmentation.
* Proficiency in email/SMS marketing tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
* Experience in automating workflows for personalized marketing campaigns.
* Work closely with departments all over the world to maximize growth marketing opportunities such as demo rides, community events, collaborations.
