Gridspertise is Enel’s brand new business, born from the long term field proven expertise of our Global Infrastructure & Networks Business Line, offering cutting edge sustainable solutions to DSO customers at a global level, to support the digitalization of electricity distribution grids and accelerate the energy transition.
We are looking for a highly-motivated, proactive and curious person that will join the Sales and BD Europe / RoW team.
¿Qué vas a hacer?
* Responsible for scouting of business opportunities, vertical and territory market penetration and quota targets within the country.
* Manage the overall customer journey from leads origination to deal closure, overseeing sales execution and efficiency through sales metrics monitoring.
* Lead the tendering process in collaboration with the internal stakeholders.
* Establish strong relationship with new and existing customers, understanding their pains and needs in order to be able to provide the most suitable value proposition.
* Conduct customer presentations for introducing Gridspertise solutions.
* Provide support to Technology department on product and service development in terms of understanding of customer needs.
Technical-professional knowledge:
* Commercial, marketing, negotiation and communications skills.
* Internal and external stakeholders management.
* Understand the utility regulatory challenges of managed Market / DSO markets.
* Knowledge about electric grid technologies and future smart grid devices and services would be a plus.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools like SalesForce.
* Innovative and Sustainability-driven attitudes.

Experience:
* 2 years energy market or energy technology sales experience, tendering processes, ideally in the public sector is a plus.
* Ability to both manage existing accounts as well as build and close new relationships with strategic accounts.
* Experience of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase assigned territory growth and revenues is a plus.
Calificaciones:
* Master degree in economics engineering, economics is preferred.
* Fluent English (written and spoken) will be the main used language. Italian, Spanish, Portuguese/ German are considered a plus.
Conditions:
Once the current emergency phase is over, availability to travel and dynamicity in the activity management are required.
