Leads processes, initiatives & identifies recommendations and insights related to cost trends and repricing, ensuring cost trend deep dive, driving P&L simulation, and repricing activities. Works closely with Bid desk, market category team, and compliance operation team to ensure pricing process execution alignment. Drives deal simulation or larger deals coming for WW review, documents all cost and repricing activities. Leads new pricing tools development with the project team to ensure tools development aligns with pricing process and meets business objectives. Collaborates with the Market category team on cost and repricing related topics, projects, and initiatives. Tracks performance against committed recoveries for specific deals in the WW War Room.
Typically requires 15-18 years of experience in Pricing operation roles, process, planning, or related functional areas. Advanced university degrees or demonstrable equivalent. Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within the area of responsibility. Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role impacts large functions and leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects. Provides highly innovative solutions to complex problems within established policy. The base pay range for this role is $118,050 to $181,800 USD annually, with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applicable to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
