Descripción: Are you an upcoming or recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in operations? Join our dynamic Product Delivery team as a Graduate Operations Specialist and play a crucial role in driving our success.
As a Graduate Operations Specialist, you'll work closely with our Operations Manager and key stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate the smooth operation of our Product Delivery team. You'll gain hands-on experience in people strategy, outsourcing, and finance, providing critical insights that drive impactful decision-making.
This is a hybrid role – three days per week in the Barcelona office.

Responsabilidades principales:
* Collaborating with the People team to ensure BAU workflows and initiatives that boost productivity and continuous improvement are working effectively.
* Coordinating outsourcing resources, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring performance aligns with our standards.
* Maintaining and updating headcount information, ensuring budgets and recruitment plans are on track.
* Supporting the Business Operations Manager and other Business Unit leaders in delivering consistent implementation plans across a team of 200 Product colleagues.
* Providing administrative support and fostering strong relationships with key functions such as Finance, People, and Procurement.
* Organising and attending events and networking with key stakeholders.
Requisitos:
You will be a Graduate, although we’re open to different degree disciplines. There are, however, a few skills and experiences that will help you thrive. We’re looking for the following:
* Strong planning and organizing skills, able to balance lots of moving parts.
* A proactive problem solver with a lateral approach to innovation.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. Other languages would be advantageous as your role will have global reach.
* Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBI.
* Experience in, or a passion for tech would help too.
* Strong people skills and a collaborative mindset to network with people.
* Curious and eager to continually learn.
* Be happy to work from our Barcelona office a minimum of three days per week, so you will need to live (or be willing to relocate) within an easily commutable distance.
