RESPONSIBILITIES
As our HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our HR Lead in the Barcelona Hub and Business Leaders to be fully accountable for HR activities related to the project and departments of responsibility. You will get exposure to a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Your main focus:
* Partnering with the business leaders and employees of the areas of responsibility.
* Coordinating Talent development and participating in talent reviews. Leading the annual process for priorities setting and performance and talent assessments.
* Coordinating the recruiting process with the external partner.
* Managing the training needs.
* C&B: Ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. Managing the annual salary review process.
* Managing ongoing employee relations matters.
* Liaising with the HR operations team and managers to ensure a smooth HR admin flow.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to lead and consult people. As an experienced HR Business Partner, you are committed to results and proactively driving the business, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:
* A university degree in related areas (Business, Psychology, Law, etc.)
* 7 years of experience in HR, with 2 of those as HRBP
* Fluency in English (this is our working language) and advanced Spanish skills.
* Experience in recruiting, compensation and benefits, labor law, people development, and organizational performance knowledge.
* Flexibility. Enjoys working in rapidly changing environments and lack of stability.
* Strong communication skills and teamwork.
