Key Responsibilities:
* Review and moderate user-generated content in German across various platforms.
* Ensure that content complies with community guidelines, legal requirements, and company policies.
* Assess the accuracy, quality, and relevance of content.
* Flag and escalate any content that violates company policies or legal standards.
* Work with the moderation team to enhance quality standards and optimize processes.
* Participate in regular training sessions and stay up to date with evolving content policies.
* Provide feedback and recommendations for improving content moderation.
Requirements:
* Native or fluent in German (C1 level or higher).
* Good proficiency in English (written and spoken).
* Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic understanding of social media and digital content platforms.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is a plus but not required.
