The Opportunity
Lead the management of process improvement projects that involve more than one area within Operations, ensuring cross‑functional coordination, efficiency, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
What you’ll get to do
Process Improvement & Governance
* Identify, design, and implement process improvement for cross‑functional initiatives
* Apply methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance data visibility
* Ensure consistency in governance and alignment with strategic priorities
* Manage and prioritize a portfolio of cross‑functional improvement projects
* Track progress, allocate resources, and monitor delivery milestones
* Facilitate regular reviews with stakeholders to validate priorities and adjust plans
Cross‑functional Collaboration
* Act as a key liaison between different areas within Operations, ensuring alignment and smooth communication across
* Promote synergies and integration between projects to avoid duplication and optimize resources
Governance & Forums
* Support governance models by organizing forums to share projects, identify synergies, and manage workloads
* Coordinate ad‑hoc meetings for strategic projects and integrations
We’d love to meet you if you have
* Minimum 3–5 years in process improvement, project management within supply chain or operations
* University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
* Master’s degree in supply chain, Process Management, or Digital Transformation is a plus
* Fluent in Spanish and English. French is a plus
* Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and optimization methodologies
* Strong analytical skills and strategic vision
* Proven experience in change management and process ownership
* Empathetic and collaborative leadership
* Effective communication and influencing skills
