About the Role: As a Senior Field and Channel Marketing Manager at Bitdefender, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the business development of the Business Solutions Group (BSG).
This involves understanding the organization's objectives and current local strategies to drive demand through channel programs and field campaigns, with the clear objective of delivering high-quality leads and Return on Investment (ROI) for the region.
* Develop, implement, and monitor a go-to-market plan leveraging allocated resources.
* Analyze market trends and drivers to inform promotional strategies.
* Drive lead generation campaigns to deliver qualified leads.
* Communicate regularly with sales and channel teams on marketing initiatives.
* Report on ROI and business impact created by go-to-market plans and adjust future campaigns accordingly.
Responsibilities:
* Leverage allocated budget to execute go-to-market plans.
* Collaborate with sales, channel, and online & communications teams to identify strategic opportunities.
* Establish relationships with key sales and marketing personnel at focus partners.
* Host regular meetings with internal stakeholders about marketing developments.
* Support and execute channel SPIFFs and end-user promotions as needed.
* Work with sales management teams to grow existing channel partners and attract new ones.
* Facilitate training and enablement activities tailored to regional and local requirements.
* Build the Bitdefender brand through communication tactics and marketing initiatives.
* Ensure consistency of Bitdefender's Enterprise identity and brand in all communications materials.
* Manage internal cross-functional projects and coordinate resources to implement marketing initiatives according to project plans.
* Develop and maintain project timelines and status reports for campaigns, programs, and projects.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or an analytical field.
* 10+ years of experience in Channel and Field marketing/B2B Marketing.
* Knowledge of the Iberia market.
* Experience in the IT software industry is mandatory; IT security is a plus.
* Proficiency in best practices for channel communications.
* Self-starter who can think strategically and independently, collaborate with others, and work well in a team.
* Multi-task and manage immediate, short-term, and long-term projects simultaneously.
* Organize and schedule work effectively even under urgent timelines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in an international company is desirable.
* Spanish is your native language, and you are fluent in English.
* Ability to work from home 100% of the time and make business trips, especially to attend professional events.
