¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
● Expand to new markets, finding opportunities and researching to make sure wesmoothly adapt to diverse consumer preferences and market conditions.● Continually benchmark against competitors, adjusting tactics and product offeringsbased on market insights.● Implement up and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.● Oversee promotional activities on digital platforms, giving guidelines, settinglimits and providing feedback to the Marketing Team.● Manage the day-to-day relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts withsupport from the CEO.● Define and implement strategies to expand the supplier base and/or open newproduct categories.● Work across teams to ensure seamless strategy implementation and alignment with overall business objectives.● Deliver comprehensive performance reports, providing actionable insights forstrategic adjustments and continuous revenue and margin enhancements.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
● Bachelor's or master's degree in Business● Background in Business Consulting, Finance, Development and/or Growth.● 3+ years of experience in Business and Strategy in a high-growth environment,ideally e-commerce or online businesses.● Strong analytical skills in Business and Marketing, comfortable with multiple kinds ofanalytical tools.● Action oriented, with demonstrated ability in leading teams and conveying complexstrategies to various stakeholders and ensuring execution of plans.● Knowledgeable about e-commerce trends and challenges.● Fluent English, Spanish AND Catalan.
