Job Summary
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will work closely with a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to source, analyze, and visualize data from various internal teams and systems. You will transform complex datasets into easy-to-understand, actionable insights, helping our marketing team and executives make informed decisions.
* Data Sourcing & Integration: Interface with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data. Combine and harmonize data from multiple sources to create comprehensive datasets for analysis.
* Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct thorough analyses to detect and interpret trends and patterns. Transform these insights into strategic recommendations to propel forward our marketing strategies.
* Visualization & Reporting: Develop and refine visualizations, dashboards, and comprehensive reports that clearly articulate complex data sets.
* Stakeholder Communication: Clearly articulate data findings to non-technical stakeholders, including marketing teams and executive leadership.
* Education and Experience Required: Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in both Excel and Power Point, experience with data visualization in Power BI and SQL.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, clear and concise communication skills, attention to detail.
* Schedule: Full time
