Digital Marketing Specialist (4 months contract)

Your mission will be to implement and develop digital acquisition campaigns, maximizing customer growth at cost-effective levels.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:
* Manage Performance Digital Marketing Campaigns (including paid social channels, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Paid Search, and Inapp Recruitment) through end-to-end management of strategy, execution, optimization, and insight generation.
* Work cross-functionally with team members in analytics, creative, and technology groups to build, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns for Acquisition Channels, including A/B tests and the introduction of new operational processes.
* Execute media-buying across several Latam and EU territories, ensuring optimizations to achieve high levels of growth with an ROI focus.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including financial performance.
You are the right candidate if you have:
* Experience with a track record of delivering success in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of Paid Social, Paid Search, or In-App Conversions landscape.
* Good understanding of Digital Marketing KPIs.
Ideally, you will also have:
* Experience using Facebook Business Manager (FBM) and leveraging other social platforms and digital channels (email marketing, affiliates, online display, MMP platforms, etc.).
Working Environment:
* Hybrid mode: 2 days in office, 3 days at home.
