THIS IS HUGE. GOODLES is reimagining a $4.4B category (well, that was the size pre-GOODLES, at least) that hadn’t seen significant innovation in decades. We took the humble noodle and made it stealthily healthy, so you can have your mac and eat it too. It’s kind of a big deal, packed into a tiny noodle.
