As a Sales Representative for Bell and Fox Powersports, you will be expected to bring your expertise and performance to the tasks below.
To manage, sell to, develop and service the account base in the specific geographical area of Iberia. Your role will focus on optimizing sales and fostering relationships with key customers in the region, ensuring Bell and Fox Powersports products are effectively represented and distributed.
This position reports to the Country Manager for Iberia and requires frequent travel (up to 80%) within the assigned region, with a combination of customer visits and remote work to maintain a strong connection with the team.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
SALES MANAGEMENT
* Establish Bell & Fox Powersports as the preferred partner within the Iberia territory by both farming the existing accounts we hold and hunting for representation of our Powersports products in specific dealership doors.
* Optimize sales and service to Bell & Fox Powersports accounts through relentless outbound selling, driving revenue growth and maximizing profits for Bell & Fox and the dealer.
* Maximize sales of all Bell & Fox Powersports products with a persistent pursuit to achieving sales goals with assigned geographies.
* Be accountable for selling to the account base through “Pre Book”, “Re-order” and “Clearance” business via customer visits, email, and telephone.
* Reporting on opportunities, potential issues and support needed as well as work with the manager to solve those.
* Develop selling skills via communication with accounts, product teams and sales management.
* Actively participate in sales meetings and give feedback to your reporting Manager.
DEALER MANAGEMENT
* Act as a liaison to customers on relevant Powersports initiatives, collaboratively develop capabilities, and enhance Bell & Fox retail partner connection to the consumer.
* Increase sell-in and sell-through by working to prepare, plan and deliver a clear comprehensive merchandising presentation on a seasonal basis.
* Manage all dealers orderbook status, solving any issue in terms of deliveries, orders status, payments, stock & sell through management etc.
* Execute seasonal mailers with initiatives, catalogues, order timelines and in-season opportunities as well as staff training and product testing sessions.
* Clearly identify and pursue shop-in-shop and custom shop opportunities in assigned account base and work with trade marketing and dealer on merchandising flow, replenishment and visual merchandising.
* Regular account visits contact accounts to drive revenue and adoption of current selling campaigns and identify opportunities for dealer sales support and key dealer events.
* Enhance product activations with dealers, whether through in-store clinics or outdoor events featuring Bell & Fox Powersports products.
MARKET MANAGEMENT
* Be Bell & Fox Powersports representative and best brand´s ambassador in assigned territory and actively attend Moto races and events.
* Understand account competitors and marketplace; utilize assessment, knowledge, and a brand management focus to adjust and drive sales through accounts.
* Learn and stay curious on product and product trend changes within all divisions at Bell & Fox Powersports and identify product opportunities for accounts based on inventory and regional needs.
* Establish and maintain timely, consistent, responsive external and internal relationships.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
* 3 years of relevant experience as a Sales Representative.
* Experience delivering a high level of customer service and presentations.
* Experience of dealing with Powersports dealerships and large chains of stores.
* Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and prospecting new dealers.
* Native Spanish speaker and fluent in written and spoken English (B1) are mandatory.
* Technical proficiency with MS applications (Excel & Word).
* Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads and customer interactions.
* Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
* Full driving license.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
* Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in automotive, motorcycle, or sports equipment industries.
* Powersports industry experience and awareness of market trends and competitor products.
