PUIG is looking for a Store Manager to join our team, reporting to the Regional Sell Through Manager. The Store Manager is of utmost importance to achieve the commercial objectives assigned to the store. He / she is a professional in the beauty / fashion industry and a sales expert who has the ability to foster brand loyalty among clients in the high-end / luxury sector and in particular local clients, being able to influence different communities.
He / she represents the Company and is a proactive sales professional who operates in accordance with established unit policies and aims to recruit and manage the store team and ensure the store operates efficiently.
What you'll get to do
SALES :
* Is constantly up to date on market trends and is a contact person for customers and colleagues.
* Represents the image of the company in terms of reputation and ensures that staff are also recruited accordingly.
* Ensures excellent customer reception and monitors sales to ensure customer satisfaction and that quality standards required by the brand are maintained.
* Ensures efficient management and problem solving for all sensitive cases and for any complaints that may arise during the sales process.
* Oversees all customer service activities by monitoring task completion and quality of customer contact to proactively increase shop traffic and customer retention.
* Actively participates in sales and achievement of targets.
PUBLIC RELATIONS :
* In collaboration with the local marketing teams, gathers all relevant information useful for better market knowledge.
* Scouting corporate clients, if applicable, and establishing collaborations in compliance with company policies.
SHOP TEAM :
* Supports his / her supervisor and the People Team in the scouting and selection process for new employees.
* Creates a work team that coordinates activities to ensure team members are always engaged and well equipped to perform their duties.
* Acts as a role model for the team by using his / her knowledge of the company's values and policies and demonstrating a strong commitment to the company.
* Provides professional development and training to staff by constantly encouraging them to stay current in the fashion and beauty industry.
* Assists in resolving conflicts within the shop team.
* Sets desired quantitative and qualitative targets and ensures they are met by analysing results, reviewing monthly activities and conducting annual appraisals.
* Keeps staff informed of shop performance at all times using the necessary tools.
* Ensures that internal procedures are followed.
* Takes care of administrative and accounting tasks.
* Ensures enforcement of labour laws and sales regulations with the support of head office or local support structure.
* Takes all necessary measures to ensure the safety of the team and customers.
* Knows market trends and key competitors.
* Has extensive knowledge of merchandise in all product categories.
* Proactively plans and organises product launches according to the merchandising calendar.
* Ensures that window displays are always in order and prepares product displays in strict compliance with company guidelines.
* Ensures that shop appearance and product maintenance meet company standards and that staff are aware of these standards.
STOCKROOM :
* Monitors and orders stock to ensure it is in line with the shop's sales potential.
* Optimises stock management to ensure that stock is stocked as efficiently as possible in terms of sales, in line with company policies.
* Takes all steps to ensure the care of all valuable products and materials in the shop.
* Monitors and controls all activities related to year-end, sector and rotational inventory by product category. He / she is responsible for the results of each branch.
PROCEDURES :
* Communicates company policies and ensures that they are properly implemented.
* Ensures shop area is properly covered and monitored to prevent possible theft and loss.
* Works with Line Manager to report and manage losses (theft of products, money, etc.).
* Ensures proper application of security procedures (shop key management, shop safe management, etc.).
* Ensures proper operation and status of all shop systems and equipment and informs supervisor of any incidents.
We'd love to meet you if you have
* You are passionate about and have gained significant experience in a fragrance, beauty or luxury brand, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a management position.
* You at least 5 years of experience with high performance as a Store Manager.
* Sales-driven with a customer-centric approach and highly sensitive to customer experience and loyalty.
* A host and business owner with a strong ambition to achieve set quantitative and qualitative objectives.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and good listening skills.
* Leadership by example.
* Open-minded, focused and able to use one's own initiative.
