Key Languages:
* Native level of German
* Full Professional level of English
* Full Professional level of French (is a plus)
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints while ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with agreements
* Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, purchasing, credit, and accounting) to facilitate shipments, invoicing, and overall customer support
* Monitor customer credit status, handle returns, and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
* Act as a first-level point of contact for internal departments
* Prioritize tasks efficiently while managing competing demands
Core Skills / Experience:
* 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a similar role or industry
* Proficient in SAP, MS Office, and Salesforce
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented and proactive
* Great organizational skills, proactivity, and desire to develop
* A good listener who excels in teamwork and enjoys working collaboratively
