We are looking for someone who will be responsible for developing marketing strategies to maximize brand exposure and drive revenue in the properties the group manage at the US Region. This positions will be in charge of marketing planning and execution, following the brand guidelines and guaranteeing the alignment of the best brand experience at our hotels in Miami Beach (Uma House by Yurbban, Lennox Hotel, Casa Boutique Hotel, Crest Hotel & Suites, Aqua Hotel, and future openings). Develop regional marketing plans for each of the brands in the region to generate brand awareness and drive revenue across all channels. Budget development and ongoing budget management. Coordinate a team of professionals with functional expertise like Graphic Designers, Community managers, Online Marketing agencies. Partner with sales and revenue to be aligned, develop offers and campaigns that drive revenue for each of the properties. Oversee online marketing agency to execute performance driving paid media marketing tactics, and suggest tactics to drive business goals. Generate and curate content of interest for the different brands and their main audiences in own and third party media. Keep all the channels (web, social media, digital profiles like Google my Business and Trip advisors,, OTAs) updated and with attractive content. Close collaborations with content creators, organizations, companies or brands that share target audiences and values. Coordinate the work of external vendors (budgets, execution follow-up, delivery deadlines, etc.). Design events and activities calendar for each of the properties and ensure the right execution. Ensure brand standards are implemented and consistently followed. Analyze metrics and monitor department's KPIs.Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports for board memberRequisitos : Studies: Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Languages: Native / Blingual English and Spanish. Minimum experience: 7 years in a similar role in marketing agency, hospitality or lifestyle brands Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills. Proactive, flexible and results oriented. High attention to detail.
