Product related projects and transversal projects (not product related).Monitor, prepare necessary decision taking by stakeholders and when necessary adjust scope, timelines and project budget.Ensure clear communication with all departments (also non-operational) and stakeholders.Lead trouble shooting projects (corrective actions) in order to continue supply.Clearly define with marketing and sales the internal strategy for the commercial products.
