Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Communications Specialist that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
As the Communications Specialist, you will manage communications to support the entire Human Pharma Services (HPS) Organization.
There are two primary objectives for the role and the change management and communications activities: The first is to maximize adoption and value of HPS services to the entire HP organization. The second is to maximize the effectiveness of the HPS team (including partners).
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Work as part of the Service Operations and Development Team for creating and managing a change management and communication plan.
* Setup a framework and plan to empower all HPS teams to execute their change management and communications plans in an aligned and consistent fashion.
* Execute on cross-team change management and communication tactics such as team events, webinars, customer feedback and surveys, and onboarding process.
* Manage the team’s online portal and content.
* Work closely with the Goto Market Transformation Team to ensure plans are aligned with the broader change management and communication plans.
* Analyse and understand the change management and communication needs within the HPS team and within the broader HP organization and stakeholders and align plans accordingly.
* Execute a PR campaign to promote the HPS team and to attract top talent candidates.
Requirements
* Experience with communications principles, methodologies and tools in multinational organizations at a high complex level.
* Project management experience.
* Financial/budget management experience as a plus.
* Understanding of pharma industry strategic needs, business models, and external market environment.
* Strong understanding of corporate vs country responsibilities and structures.
* Complex problem-solving skills.
* High emotional intelligence including experience in working across cultures and in global roles.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Language: Fluency in oral and written English; further language skills would be an asset.
* Strong results orientation. Ability to plan and organize work. Observation, interviewing and listening skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Communications or Journalism or comparable.
