Position Overview: We are currently seeking an Integration Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for creating strategic blueprints to drive integrations, track major interdependencies, manage risks, and optimize cost and revenue post-integration. The Integration Manager will also coach team members on integration, value capture, and master planning topics.
Key Responsibilities:
Master Planning:
* Review existing processes and understand the current state.
* Facilitate planning sessions to create the master plan, including timelines, risks, and results.
* Ensure top team commitment to the integration.
* Set objectives, strategies, action plans, and performance measures.
* Lead culture and change management.
* Manage communication plans and stakeholder management with Marcom during integration.
* Highlight system requirements and potential workarounds.
* Lead process mapping, harmonization, and stabilization.
Value Capture:
* Design and drive value capture initiatives.
* Implement and monitor progress of value capture initiatives.
* Support and coach functions in meeting synergy targets.
* Develop a combined baseline with the Finance function.
* Set aggressive top-down targets and quantify value propositions.
* Optimize resource management and identify value selling opportunities.
* Conduct market research to understand trends and competitors.
Coaching:
* Share knowledge and best practices of integration, value capture, and project management.
* Challenge team members to meet or exceed their targets.
* People Management Responsibilities:
* Support two analysts in day-to-day coordination, planning, and analysis.
Strategic Responsibilities:
* Drive integrations and transformations to achieve maximum value capture.
* Ensure smooth integration of all current and upcoming integrations.
* Bridge various parts of the organization from senior leaders to working-level colleagues.

Requirements:
* Educational and Technical Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration).
* Relevant professional certifications (e.g., project management certification).
* Advanced degree in Business Administration (preferred).
Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years in a similar role in M&A or integration.
* Experience in integration management office, transformation office, or strategy consulting.
Skills:
* Strong track record of leading large strategic initiatives.
* Knowledge of BU products and industries.
* Ability to manage cross-functional integration initiatives.
* Understanding of financial metrics and value capture initiatives.
* Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
