Job Overview
This position ensures the seamless implementation and utilization of Salesforce across the countries, aligning it closely with business processes. This includes providing advanced in-country training for users and for rollouts of new CRM developments. Responsibilities include providing advanced training for in-country users and overseeing the rollout of new CRM functionalities. Additionally, the role involves offering analytical support for various business cycle activities to enhance overall efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
CRM:
- Provide technical and functional support and guidance for Salesforce (CRM) and related commercial applications (Power BI, Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Develop new CRM functionalities based on the needs of the countries to improve the tracking of commercial activities.
- Ensure the correct implementation and effective use of CRM in the countries. Evaluate the progress of CRM and associated applications.
- Provide advanced training for CRM users in the markets and for the launch of new functionalities.
- Promote best practices in CRM usage.
- Review and improve the quality of available data.
Sales:
- Analyse the Sales Budget and monitor key sales performance indicators (KPIs). Standardize budget criteria by country to ensure business-level consistency.
- Conduct specific studies, reports, and dashboards upon request by various Corporate and Country departments.
- Participate in the disintegration or integrations of countries or business areas from a Sales perspective.
- Oversee the active product portfolio in the CRM in collaboration with different departments and countries.
- Support the Customer Engagement Survey
- Manage commercial campaigns in Salesforce
- Coordinate the closing of the sales month and support the management of commercial opportunities with the countries.
Candidate Profile
Relevant experience
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or project departments within the telecommunications or industrial services sector.
* Relevant sectors include telecommunications, industrial services or consulting for large project management
* Critical experiences include maintaining CRMs, preferably Salesforce, and having knowledge of the telecommunications technology environment
* Knowledge of telecommunication operators is also valued.
Education
* Degree / Bachelor's degree in Administration and Finance, International Trade, Commercial Management and Marketing, Sales Management or similar.
Languages
* English - must have
* Spanish - Desirable
* Any other Cellnex base language - valuable
Software tools
* MS Office (advanced)
* Power BI (intermediate)
* Salesforce (advanced)
Other information
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.G., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
* Ability to interpret and visualize data to generate actionable insights.
* Familiarity with sales and marketing workflows, including lead generation, pipeline management, and customer retention.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to stakeholders.
* Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
