Responsibilities:
* Utilize industry experience and knowledge to shape the platform and prioritize backlog.
* Create and maintain defined initiative backlog of features for integrations in Shiji Enterprise Platform.
* Lead theoretical and conceptual presentations and provide business context for decision making.
* Manage communication cross-departmentally to facilitate an efficient working environment.
* Drive professional advancement by seeking to increase knowledge and exposure to new ideas.
* Own and resolve complex problems demonstrating balanced judgment.
* Manage presentations to executive management, customers, or internal audiences regarding product direction.
* Represent customer perspectives for new integration requests.
* Work closely with the Director of Integrations and other colleagues for priority understanding and planning.
* Analyze customer or vendor requests for new integrations or improvements and recommend actions.
* Define scope of new integrations and manage planning for timely delivery.
* Create and refine stories for development, maintaining product backlog and managing sprint planning.
* Oversee select Product Owners or Product Managers.
Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of experience in software product management or product ownership, with a focus on integrations.
* 4-5 years experience in the hospitality industry in product development, management, implementations, or support.
* Leadership or management experience with direct or dotted line reports.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges independently.
* Confidence to make suggestions for improvements and drive solutions to completion.
* Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in actions and communication.
* Effectiveness in communication with different stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset, balancing big picture and detail-oriented thinking.
