In this position, you will collaborate closely with a designated portfolio of new clients to assist them in launching their initial online advertising campaigns, aiming to significantly impact their business outcomes. Operating within a target-oriented setting, you will pursue individual goals while contributing to a cohesive onboarding team.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the setup and optimization of PPC campaigns.
* Identify and grasp customer requirements and objectives effectively.
* Drive increased ad spend, upsell opportunities, and campaign sustainability.
* Manage a substantial volume of potential clients via daily phone interactions.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is advantageous).
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
* Strong motivation to achieve or surpass productivity, readiness, sustainability, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for phone pitches and compelling proposal writing.
* Effective time management skills with the ability to structure and prioritize tasks.
* Solid analytical capabilities.
* Customer-focused with a strong interest in client engagement and achieving business objectives.
* Team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Native proficiency in Dutch.
* Proficient in English.
