Your role
As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of continuous learning, employee engagement, and professional growth. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and evaluating learning, development, and engagement programs that empower employees to reach their full potential and contribute to the organization's success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that development initiatives align with organizational goals, priorities, and strategic objectives. Main Tasks Learning and Development
1. Integration with Performance Management: Integrate talent development initiatives with performance management processes, supporting individual development goals in line with organizational objectives.
2. Management of Development Tools: Contribute to the design, development, and management of development tools (Assessment, Coaching, Mentoring, etc.) and actively manage ongoing activities.
3. Training Implementation: Drive the implementation of comprehensive training plans and programs that address the needs and priorities of our organization. Enable a Train the Trainer concept.
4. Strategy Development: Co-develop a clear and structured Learning & Development strategy and framework (Siegfried Academy) for colleagues at all levels, contributing to our Talent Management strategy.
Engagement
5. Manage and analyze employee engagement surveys, promoting dialogue with employees and management to ensure continuous improvement.
6. Workplace Initiative Development: In this hands-on role, further develop and implement our great workplace initiative to support a productive and inspiring work environment that drives high performance, collaboration, and co-creation.
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
7. DEI Initiatives: Support activities related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in alignment with organizational goals.
8. ESG Activities: Support activities related to Environmental, Social, and Governance to strengthen our cultural environment.
Your profile
Skills and Experience
9. HR Experience : You bring a minimum of 4 years of HR experience from a dynamic in-house department.
10. Project Management : Your strong project management skills enable you to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and keep track of all details.
11. Educational Background : You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree would be preferred.
Personal Competencies
12. Positive Personality : You have a positive attitude and a proven ability to navigate dynamic environments and lead change initiatives effectively.
13. Communication Skills : You possess excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Spanish, German, or French is a plus.
14. Hands-On Approach : You thrive in a hands-on role and enjoy an atmosphere that balances practical work with strategic initiatives.
This position can be held at either in one of our Spanish sites (Barberà del Vallès, El Masnou) or in our Head Quarters in Zofingen (Switzerland). Should the position be filled in Spain, frequent travel to Switzerland is required for this position. Siegfried benefits will vary depending on the location where the position is held.
