We’re a friendly, motivated, and passionate bunch seeking a professional with relevant industry experience who can hit the ground running.Job DescriptionDEPENDENCYReporting to the CFOACTIVITIESThe Duties And Responsibilities IncludeManage and enhance the company’s international supply chain strategy.Manage international shipping and logistics operations, including import/export activities. Collaborate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and policies.Coordinate external production and procurement to align supply with demand.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supply chain performance.Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain metrics and performance to senior management.Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.Implement inventory management best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, and cost.Train and guide employees under her/his responsibility.Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents).Build strong relationships with distributors (including deliverables, timelines, new products, scrap or discontinued operations, etc.).Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to secure a satisfactory customer experience.Work with finance, sales, and Engineering department to determine best vendors and distributors.Coordinate with Finance and Administration to ensure integrated internal controls, timely payment of vendors and full, auditable support documentation.Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain.EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUNGBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineer, or equivalent experience.Master in Procurement and Supply Chain Management/ Project Management/ OthersSkillsPrevious working experience in a Supply Chain Department or similar tasks for at least 5 years.Hands on profile.Problem solver mindset.Think Big mentality.Business management and analytical skills.Ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as to think strategically and laterally.Strong planning skills.Outstanding negotiation and influencing skills.Good time management, with the ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy and keep to deadlines.Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners and the ability to lead a team.IT literacy, skills in Excel and the ability to handle electronic data and understanding of risk management in the context of the supply chain.Strong sense of personal integrity and commitment.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral English.We OfferCompensation & benefits include competitive gross salary + bonus + Stock Appreciation Rights + catering service included + training + team building activities + health insurance upon completion one year of employmentA real opportunity to develop your career in an international company that operates in the IoT ecosystem.Hybrid working model.Great facilities with amenities.Referral ProgramJoin Ignion and become an integral part of our dynamic team, working on exciting projects that shape the future of our organization.We offer a competitive salary package, professional growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
