About the role:
Provide legal support to business units and integration projects under Legal Manager instructions in the assigned region (EMEA and certain Latam countries). The lawyer shall have experience and knowledge in the following areas of law: corporate; health care; contracts & commercial including but not limited to vertical/distribution agreements.
What you’ll be doing:
* Review and drafting of customer and vendor agreements following company templates and guidelines.
* Review, tracking and filing of HCPs agreements (consulting, clinical, product development, cost bearing agreement..).
* Organizing regular meetings with key stakeholders to review legal assignments in assigned jurisdictions and keeping regular tracking files.
* Manage and coordinate all corporate work associated with EMEA and Latam entities with the support of Corporate secretary vendor.
* Acting as “liaison” with Distributors team. Manage all Distributor team legal needs for EMEA and other regions under Legal Director instructions.
* Attend to simple legal questions presented by company business units.
* Review of marketing material (routing process) following corporate legal guidelines.
* Drafting and reviewing clinical research and marketing agreements.
* Register legal vendors and approving legal fees in legal tracker.
* Provide support to M&A projects.
What you’ll need:
* Law degree from a reputable Law School/University.
* Good knowledge of contract international and health care law.
* Very good administrative and organizational skills.
* Good management of IT tools (Ms office package) and legal databases.
* Positive attitude and quick adaptation to a dynamic environment.
* Fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
* Knowledge of Italian or German language will also be highly appreciated.
