Mission of the role: We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Store Excellence Analyst to join our team located at our Spanish headquarters in Barcelona. A Store Excellence Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of retail stores by analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Main responsibilities:
* Analyze store performance data, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and operational KPIs.
* Use statistical methods and analytical tools to extract actionable insights.
* Collaborate with the Store Excellence team to implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.
* Work with the inventory management team to analyze stock levels, identify trends, and recommend improvements to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
* Collaborate with the training team to refine and enhance training initiatives.
* Assess the impact of training programs on employee performance and customer satisfaction.
* Evaluate store operational processes and workflows to identify opportunities for streamlining operations and improving overall efficiency.
* Provide recommendations for maintaining consistency and quality across all stores.
* Create and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that provide key performance indicators to store managers and leadership.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BI, marketing, and store operations, to gather data and insights for comprehensive analysis.
Requirements:
* 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, proven ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, present findings and recommendations effectively. Previous experience in retail analysis or store management is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics or statistics, analytics, or a related field.
* Proficient in data analysis and interpretation using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
* High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment and respond to changing business needs.
